Both the Employee Attitude Survey and the Employee Relations Audit are important tools to obtain necessary employee feedback.  They are a critical first step in a sound labor/employee relations program.  They are used for many different situations and help clients select the correct methodology for their situation.

The Attitude Survey is a prepared questionnaire which measures the degree of employee satisfaction on such issues as job, co-workers, salary, supervisors and advancement.  An integral part of the attitude survey is the employee feedback sessions CCG conducts to answer additional questions and correct any misunderstandings.

Clients receive a detailed analysis of the results of these sessions.  Then CCG develops an action plan to address the problems identified.

The Audit consists of non-directed, confidential small group interviews with a sampling of managers and supervisors.  CCG focuses on such issues as how employees perceive personnel policies, sources of employee unrest, obstacles to productivity and the need for management training.  The audit concludes with a comprehensive written report.
